Founded in Curaçao on 23 October 1992 by André Fruitman, Ictual has grown from a pioneering software initiative into an international technology company with a strong presence in both Curaçao and the Netherlands. What began under the name Francler Solutions evolved over the years into SQL Integrator, later expanding with offices in Brazil, the United States, and the Netherlands. In 2003, a specialized telecom division launched under the name T-Sparx, reflecting the company’s continuous drive to innovate and diversify.
Since 1 January 2013, the company has operated as Ictual, marking a new chapter focused on modern digital transformation, software engineering excellence, and AI-driven innovation.
Today, Ictual is led by CEO Andrew Solomon, who has guided the organization since 2014, building on the vision and foundation established by founder André Fruitman. Although André passed away in 2023, his values and entrepreneurial spirit remain deeply embedded in the company’s culture and continue to inspire how we work and build solutions.

Ictual is a dynamic software company driven by passionate IT professionals. With a team of approximately 30 colleagues—supported by long-standing freelance partners—we bring together a diverse group of highly educated professionals. Our team consists of software engineers, consultants, sales and account managers, and dedicated support functions including finance, HR, office management, and IT.
We operate with a strong belief in collaboration, diversity of thought, and continuous learning. AI is not just a technology we work with—it is part of our daily workflow. From software engineering to operations and administration, every team member actively leverages AI to improve quality, efficiency, and creativity.
